This is a simple strategy that requires us to take a long call position. There is nothing complicated about this. We are buying the in-the-money January 11 calls at $4.60 and waiting for the stock to rally. Once the stock has reached the target price we will then decide whether to take our profits or turn this into a calendar spread and try to squeeze additional profits out of the position.
