The iShares Gold Trust is a great way to trade gold. It basically represents 1/100th of an ounce of gold and moves in direct proportion to gold as it trades on the commodity exchange. As you can see from the chart (above) we have reached a level of role reversal support with a gap still open at the higher levels. Our strategy is to buy IAU now and sell when the gap fills at the $17 price area.
