This is a trade setup for the opening of the market on Thursday, Nov. 19th. Our plan is to enter this bearish ETF while the general markets begin to roll over to the downside. This EFT, like most bearish funds, moves inversely to the market with this one targeting the downside on the Russell 2000 Index. Just follow along with my instructions and be sure to use the 1% Rule for Managing Risk.
