I will always look at the technical charts before investigating the fundamental reports because the technicals tell us “when” to buy the stock. The fundamental reports usually lag the price but from time to time I will weigh them into my decision process. The 12-month trailing 11.47 P/E ratio for Potash is well below the 19.29 P/E for the S&P 500, which will make this an attractive buy candidate for many investors.
