Rarely do I buy stocks this cheap, but this one is looking way too oversold for me to ignore it. There are a few things that are grabbing my attention with the first being the divergence between the price and the moving average. This stock tends to move back to the moving average after such wide divergences, which is why I have the moving average as my price target.
