It was a very interesting day in the market as the VIX spiked up with one of the biggest one day rallies of the year. As you will see in the video I’ve provided, this gives us another opportunity to “Leg in” to a diagonal calendar spread in SCHW. Unlike the equity traders who will have to wait until the end of the day, option traders can jump right in with this long Leap position.
