My decision to close out of this spread is based on the fact that there isn’t enough time premium in the next month out to roll the position for a big enough credit. If you would like to continue rolling the short side of the spread and keep the position going, then by all means, do that. I am just “cleaning house” for the New Year in an effort to streamline our positions, with a goal to keep the best performers on the books.
