As you can see from the chart of UA the stock has dropped significantly from the highs and has now reach a minor level of support. The drop in volume, along with the bullish engulfing pattern earlier this week, tells us it’s time to take the profits on our puts and run. I would suggest that you keep this stock on your watch list because I’m sure we will be trading it again soon.
