Most of the time I pass on the cheaper stocks, especially those that are priced below $5 a share, but there seems to be very good institutional interest in this one, with Black Rock holding more than 7.50% of the float. Now, don’t be fooled into thinking that you can load up on this one just because it’s cheap. I would suggest you use the 1% Rule for managing risk on this just as you would any other position.
