One of the best ways to “short” the market is to buy into a bearish ETF. In this case, I’ve selected the Proshares Ultrapro Short Russell 2000 (SRTY). As you can see from the candle chart, the stock is showing higher lows, which is a sign that the buyers are getting more aggressive. The other bullish sign is seen in the volume bars.
