There is a lot to be said about the most recent green candle on the weekly chart. Not only is it one of the longest green candles we seen in months, it is also showing up on stronger volume. In addition, there are very small shadows found on the upper and lower end of the price range. This is usually what you would see just prior to a breakout as the buyers line up to flex their muscles. Sellers take note of this and back off on their selling pressure. As good as this all sounds, it’s important that we wait for the break out and manage risk to the downside.
