Scaling into a position is the safest way to go for a position like this. However, with a cheaper stock, you may decide to go in with 100% of the position. If you do, then be sure to use a $1 risk per share. If you decide to go in with only 50% of the position, then set your stop $2 below your buy price. Either way, please be sure to use the 1% Rule for Managing Risk.
