It’s been a long while since I put out an alert on a “Pairs Trade”. This is nothing more than trading two stocks at the same time. However, you are buying one stock and shorting the other. You can see from the chart that the US Dollar (Blue line) is inversely related to Carnival, Corp (Candle Chart). The position is taken when the price divergence between the two is wide.
